Project Timeline: 45-60 days from the time of purchase. The project timeline includes time allowances for design, consultations, and consent on proposed content designs.
The business plan includes an updated estimated budget, audience demographics, marketing/distribution plan, and projected return on investment (ROI) with variables.
The budget, audience demographics, distribution plan, and project ROI will be developed in consideration of current market conditions for distribution within the current independent film and television landscape.
The project will be presented to the Producer’s distribution company for feedback on potential budget, sales, and to create distribution interest within the development phase.
The pitch deck includes creating a well-designed presentation of the business plan that creates a visual impact of the film.
Both the business plan document and pitch deck will be provided to the Owner.
AFMI Productions, LLC strives to have your satisfaction in our time together. Services are provided on a time and materials (T&M) basis; unless otherwise outlined in an additional service agreement. There is no refund for services invoiced, and how we communicate will be key to our successful relationship. As such, we agree to the following:
Any request for any change in services must be in writing by email; this includes requests for changes in project detail, scope, schedule, design, requirements, and specifications.
Either party can cancel the agreement with 30 days' notice of the intent to terminate services.
A final invoice during the 30-day notice period will be billed according to completed work at the time of cancellation and the agreed-upon rate in the agreement at a rate of $65 per hour.
Agreed-upon services in the contract can continue through the notice period unless otherwise unable due to any limitation on brand materials or absence of payment for the final service period.
Any IP or content transfer that occurs after the cancellation date will be billed at a rate of $65 per hour.
State of New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax will be added to invoices remitted to clients operating within the state of New Mexico.
This can be waived for Non-Profit 501c3 organizations that provide a nontaxable transaction certificate (NTTC)
How We Communicate: Consistent communication is key to ensuring we maintain a strong working relationship and achieve successful outcomes.
AFMI and the Project Owner (We) acknowledge that a timely response to all obligations listed in this agreement is key to successful results. AFMI will not be responsible for any deficiency in performing services if such deficiency results from the Project Owner’s failure to notify AFMI of needed changes and/or additions to project work.
We will set appropriate performance goals and timelines and agree to work with those goals in our planning and execution.
We will be available for a mutually scheduled check-in time to share updates, feedback, goals, and other information.
We honor our mutual and autonomous roles in our partnership and how we ask of each other’s time, scheduling as many required meetings in advance.
Email correspondence will be replied to within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends or holidays). Should a matter be urgent, we agree to add [URGENT] in the subject line.
Phone contact by call or text message should be answered when available and returned within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends or holidays).
Out-of-office time notice should be given in advance to both parties, and when available, backup points of contact provided to continue business during any party's absence.
We will consider all impacted parties when making decisions that affect the project development covered in our agreement. We will make every attempt to share information and include necessary parties in decision-making.
Should a conflict arise, we will stop to reset and return to the conversation with the intent of solution-based cooperation. If we are not able to find mutually agreeable terms on a critical issue, we will seek mediation support from a non-biased third party to aid in concluding.
